The tools behind the work

Sound familiar?

Why most hosted stores and sites underperform

Shopify and Webflow make launching easy. Launching well is a different job, and the gaps show up in sales and in how hard the site is to run.

01

A theme that looks like everyone else's

A bought theme with your logo dropped in rarely fits your products or your buyers. Collections sit in the wrong order, key details hide below the fold, and the store feels generic. Shoppers notice, compare you with three other tabs, and leave.

02

Too many apps, too slow a store

Every problem gets solved with another app. Each one adds scripts, a monthly fee and a little more load time. After a year the store is slow on mobile, the checkout feels heavy, and nobody is sure which apps are still needed.

03

A Webflow site nobody dares edit

The design looked great at launch, but the CMS was set up as an afterthought. Now adding a case study or a blog post means breaking the layout, so updates stop, content goes stale, and the site slowly stops working for you.

What I build

Shopify development services and Webflow builds, under one roof

My Shopify development services cover store builds and custom themes, with Webflow sites and migrations alongside, all handled by one person who knows both platforms and the funnel behind them.

Shopify store development

A complete Shopify store designed around your products and your buyers, from the home page and collections to product pages, navigation and the trust details that move people to checkout.

Shopify theme development

Custom sections, templates and Liquid code when a stock theme cannot do the job, or a clean rework of the theme you already have, so your team can edit content without touching code.

Products, checkout and apps

Product data, variants, shipping, tax and payments set up correctly, plus a short list of apps chosen on purpose, so the store runs well without a growing pile of subscriptions.

Webflow website development

As a Webflow developer I build sites with a clean class system and pixel-level control, so the design holds together on every screen and stays consistent as you add pages.

Webflow CMS that works

My Webflow development services treat the CMS as the core of the site: collections for services, case studies and posts, structured so your team can publish without breaking a layout.

Platform-to-platform migration

Moving from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or WordPress to Shopify or Webflow, with products, content, URLs and redirects mapped first, so customers and search rankings follow you across.

Included as standard

What every build includes

Whether it is a Shopify store or a Webflow site, these come with every project. They are not upsells added at the end.

Responsive on every screen

Checked at real phone, tablet and desktop widths before you see it, not just in the editor preview.

Speed pass before launch

Compressed images, trimmed scripts and only the apps you need, measured with PageSpeed rather than assumed.

On-page SEO in place

Titles, descriptions, headings, alt text and clean URLs on every page, collection and product so search engines can index them.

Analytics and Search Console

GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console configured and verified, so you can see what visitors and buyers actually do.

Checkout and forms tested

Test orders, payment methods, shipping rules and enquiry forms run end to end before anything goes live.

Redirects for any old URLs

If you are replacing an existing site, every old address points somewhere sensible, so links and rankings are not lost.

Your brand applied consistently

Colours, type and components used the same way on every page, product and template across the site.

Handover video and notes

A recorded walkthrough of how to add products, pages and posts, so you are not dependent on me for edits.

How it works

From first call to a live store

A clear, fixed process, so you know what happens next and when.

01
Free call, written scope

Scope and platform

We talk through what you sell, who buys it and what you need to manage day to day. If Shopify or Webflow is the wrong fit, I say so. You get a written scope and a fixed price.

02
Sitemap and key templates

Structure and design

I map the pages, collections and CMS content first, then design the key templates around your brand and products. You review and comment before any full build starts, so changes stay cheap.

03
Typically 8–12 working days

Build and connect

I build the store or site, set up products, payments, shipping or CMS collections, and connect analytics, email and any tools you already use. You get a staging link to review as it comes together.

04
Live, tested, handed over

Launch and handover

Test orders, form checks, redirects and a speed pass, then the domain goes live. You get a handover video and notes, and I stay on hand for questions after launch.

FAQ

Questions about Shopify and Webflow projects

The things store owners and service businesses ask before we start.

Something not on the list? Bring it to the call — twenty minutes, nothing to sign.

For my Shopify development services and Webflow builds, a landing page starts from $250, and a complete Webflow business website starts from $550. Full Shopify store development, custom theme work and migrations are quoted after a short scoping call, because the price depends on the number of products, templates and integrations. You always get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

A typical website build takes 8–12 working days from an agreed scope. A single landing page is quicker. Larger stores with many products, custom theme sections or a migration from another platform take longer, and I give you a realistic date in the written scope. If anything puts the date at risk, you hear it from me first, with a plan.

Choose Shopify if selling products online is the core of the business: it handles checkout, inventory, payments and shipping very well. Choose Webflow if you are a service business or brand that needs a polished site with a flexible CMS and only light e-commerce. If neither fits, WordPress may be better, and I will tell you so on the first call rather than build on the wrong platform.

Every build includes a responsive design checked on real devices, a speed pass, on-page SEO basics, GA4 and Search Console set up, tested checkout or forms, redirects for any old URLs, and a handover video. Store builds also cover products, variants, payments, shipping and tax. Webflow builds include CMS collections your team can edit. The written scope lists everything before we start.

Yes. The Shopify store or Webflow site is set up on your own account, billed to you, and the theme or design work belongs to you once the project is paid. I work as a collaborator on your account rather than holding anything back. If you ever move to another developer, they can pick up exactly where I left off.

Yes. After launch I stay available for questions and small fixes, and you get a handover video so routine edits do not need me. For ongoing work, such as new sections, product launches, speed checks or app changes, I am available at $25/hour or on a longer-term arrangement. I reply to messages within 24 hours.

Yes. I build Shopify stores and Webflow sites under your agency’s brand, inside your project tools and on your client’s accounts. NDAs are signed without discussion, and your client never learns my name unless you introduce me. You get a written scope and a fixed price, so you can quote your client with a margin you keep.
